Belgian artists-and-designers Pascale and Enzo fell in love at first sight when they met as teenagers at the Academy des Beaux-Arts. In 1980, motivated by their joie de vivre and a shared passion for jewelry making, they drove down to the Cote d’Azur and set up shop in Nice, France. Thus, the quirky costume jewelry label Les Nereides was born.
