It’s a lucky flea-market trinket that finds its way into the hands of Leslie Oschmann, an American artist and designer who now calls Amsterdam home. Never taking for granted what many pass by, she sees old canvas mailbags, discarded fabric scraps and oil paintings as the means to her artful ends, and transforms each into a work of functional art. Oschmann created this one-of-a-kind tote by stitching together found, repurposed paintings, creating a unique composition of a woodsy, lakeside retreat.
Designer Artsi Ifrach launched his label, Art/C, after retiring from his ballet career at the age of 22. It’s easy to see how the lightning-in-a-bottle nature and spectacle of a life spent on stage inform his designs – one-of-a-kind and supremely dramatic, they are statements that become signatures. Inspired by the Berber culture of Morocco, this oversized, fold-over clutch is crafted from vintage Moroccan textiles and embellished with sequins and fringe.

Love love love this Anthropologie Layered Swing Tank! It is such a bright and cheerful summer tank. The design is great with the contrasting under piece. The inverted cut of the top is so flattering.
