I have a love/hate relationship with Valentines day, and I don’t think I am the only one now am I? Sometimes it goes perfectly and sometimes because we put so much pressure on making it perfect, you buy those chocolates and flowers or make reservations for dinner and a movie and check off all the cliche things off the list, and still it won’t go well for you.
So for me this day is just another reason to dress up, look good, exchange love and maybe give and receive a gift or two ; ). I like to look good even if my partner and I choose to order pizza and watch a movie at home or celebrate it in swimsuits on a beach. I suggest you take advantage of this day to pamper yourself, put some sexy makeup on and wear those high heels you’ve been hiding in the back of your closet. Even if we keep our expectations low this day, doesn’t mean our heels can’t be high!
